The hotel's location was definitely a plus. It was close to times square and penn station. the staff was very friendly, and i loved how clean everything was. the bed was particularly comfortable. I slept really well.
The room was a bit smaller than i expected. I found it hard to move around with my luggage.

There was complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby. It was a nice touch. plenty of restaurants are nearby, so i had no trouble finding places to eat. i even found a great pizzeria just around the corner!

the room was clean. the bed offered amazing comfort, and the linens felt luxurious. i liked the convenient location, with access to various attractions. the complimentary water bottle was a nice touch, so i could refill it at the lobby fountain.
the room, although well-equipped, felt somewhat small.

The location was GREAT, especially arriving from Penn Station. The facilities looked clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. Free coffee in the lobby was available. AMAZING!!!
The room size was far TOO small. Only one side of the bed was accessible, while the other was against the wall. The room was so small, we couldn't empty our two cases, nor could we move around the room without stepping over them.
